Health Promotion Services (HPS)
HPS works to enhance the personal health of students and the collective health of the campus community by supporting students in establishing and maintaining behaviors that contribute to their health now and in the future.

The Zone
A lounge for student well-being that provides free programs from Health Promotion Services (HPS) such as healthy cooking demonstrations, meditation, yoga classes, DIY craft workshops, and more! In between programs, The Zone is a space to relax and hang-out.

Student Health Services (SHS)

SHS is a full-service clinic offering primary care, urgent care, pharmacy, x-ray, lab services, nutrition counseling, optometry, and more! They also provide a number of sexual health resources including sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, and birth control.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS provides confidential counseling services including individual, couples, family, and group counseling, crisis/urgent care interventions, and referral services free of charge.

CARE provides violence prevention education and offers free and confidential services for students, staff, and faculty impacted by sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking.

Recreation provides individual and group activites, workshops, outings, teams, and clubs -- all for your enjoyment, fitness, and well-being.
